“I had the pleasure of meeting Ado for the first time at the beginning of my work placement in September of last year. A time of which I was full of nerves and anticipation. Ado was always there for a chat, whether it be me looking for help with CORU proficiencies or a shoulder to cry on !

Since the first time I have met Ado he has offered me a tremendous amount of support, always encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone while also being there every step of the way, he has supported me from the beginning and still continues to do so.

I now work alongside Ado in Bentley House and can say that he is an outstanding manager, colleague and friend. He is always looking out for everybody, he is a reliable person, so supportive, approachable and kind. He is very passionate about the work that he does and is always looking for ways to improve his practice and help others along their journey. Although I’m not sure how many courses and trainings are left for him to do as he has completed them all😂.
Ado obtains a wealth of knowledge which he will happily share with anybody and everybody looking for advice.

It is a privilege to know and work alongside Ado 💕”

“While working at Crosscare I had the pleasure of being supervised by Adrian. He is an excellent professional mentor and has a wide knowledge of community resources as well as exceptional social care skills.
He was very approachable, understanding and believes in supporting staff to reach their full potential which in turn directly benefits the communities we serve.
Adrian is very passionate about working with vulnerable people and this is evident in his practise, he was always willing to go above and beyond for staff and clients.”
