With decades of experience in social care, supervision, lecturing and post-adoption support, Ado is known for his dedication and expertise in working with vulnerable groups. A time of which I was full of nerves and anticipation. Ado was always there for a chat, whether it be me looking for help with CORU proficiencies or a shoulder to cry on !<\/p>\n<p>Since the first time I have met Ado he has offered me a tremendous amount of support, always encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone while also being there every step of the way, he has supported me from the beginning and still continues to do so.<\/p>\n<p>I have worked alongside Ado in Bentley House and can say that he was an\u00a0 outstanding manager, colleague and friend. He is always looking out for everybody, he is a reliable person, so supportive, approachable and kind. He is very passionate about the work that he does and is always looking for ways to improve his practice and help others along their journey.
